We were founded on Screen Printing
Six Six started in a small garage, steadily printing T-shirts day after day. The printing hasn’t stopped in over 15 years. Now we have a much bigger facility and plenty of experience under our belts. But the hard work and effort are the same.
We use Eco-friendly inks and we’re able to mix any color using Pantone matching. We use the best equipment which we keep clean and splatter free. Let us help you select from a variety of garment styles and brands; or you’re welcome to supply your own blank apparel.
Dye Sublimation
Six Six Apparel specializes in Dye Sublimation Printing. We offer cut & sew custom shirts made in the USA. Dye sublimated clothing features all-over print graphics and produces colorful detailed garments with printing edge to edge. Full color coverage and endless graphic possibilities are included with every sublimated item. Our cut and sew dye-sub shirts are printed with photographic quality and hand sewn with craftsmanship. We offer dye sublimated t-shirts, jerseys, uniforms, hoodies, tanks, tees and more. We also dye sublimate custom banners, flags and table covers for events in the hospitality industry. Dye Sublimation has become very popular in athletic activewear and our fabric includes dry-fit, moisture wicking and UV protection. The SixSix cut and sew team sews the garment after printing, for custom edge-to-edge textiles. We offer dye sublimation for local sports organizations including racing teams, bowling leagues, pro fishing apparel, clay shooting teams, archery leagues and more.

Dye Sublimation offers full-color, edge-to-edge designs
Dye-Sub is the next level in creating custom garments. We digitally print your design and transfer it onto fabric using a heat press. Then we cut and sew the garment last, allowing us to achieve full coverage graphics with no color limitations. Benefits of dye sublimation include:

Printing perfect transfers with DTF
DTF is a digital printing technique that allows for high-quality, full-color designs to be directly transferred onto fabrics and other surfaces. Unlike traditional methods like screen printing, DTF printing eliminates the need for screens, making it a more versatile option. It also supports finer details found in complex designs, with accuracy and a full color CMYK range.
To achieve this, your design is printed onto a special heat-sensitive film using a DTF printer. This film serves as the carrier for your design, holding the ink that will be transferred to the fabric. The printed film is carefully laid onto the fabric, and heat is applied using a heat press. The heat activates the ink on the film, turning it into a gas that penetrates and adheres to the fabric fibers. Once the heat transfer is complete, the film is peeled away, leaving behind a vibrant, durable, and wash-resistant print on the fabric. Your design is now an integral part of the material itself, and can even stretch with the fabric.
